*Smoking is prohibited in the indoor areas of our houses. *Party and event can not be organized unless otherwise stated in the house description. *The number of people stated in the reservation is accepted as the basis of the accommodation and capacity is not allowed. *Guests will act in accordance with the rules of general respect and neighborhood towards the villa and the surrounding villas and residences and will avoid any disturbing behavior and noise. In addition, they will not take part in any activity considered illegal by law.
