This delightful holiday home, where you can enjoy the unique view of Yalikavak, has been carefully and tastefully furnished with all your needs in mind, so that you can experience a holiday in the comfort of your home.

There is a private parking area for 2 cars at the entrance of our villa. From this section; Access to the private swimming pool/garden section and the main entrance door of the house is provided for you.

On the ground floor of our duplex villa, there is a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, a washer and dryer, and a bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Both of these rooms have stunning sea and sunset views. Downstairs, there is 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sea view, an open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. From this floor, there is a transition to the garden / swimming pool area, where we think you will spend most of your holiday, and the patio area where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

“Villa Farilya Deluxe” is 50 minutes away from Milas Bodrum Airport, 20 minutes from Bodrum center, and 5 minutes from Yalikavak Marina, which is home to world-famous brands, and beaches. It is in a great location for those who want to be secluded and at the same time enjoy the entertainment.

Smoking is prohibited in the indoor areas of our houses. *Party and event can not be organized unless otherwise stated in the house description. *The number of people stated in the reservation is accepted as the basis of the accommodation and capacity is not allowed. *Guests will act in accordance with the rules of general respect and neighborhood towards the villa and the surrounding villas and residences and will avoid any disturbing behavior and noise. In addition, they will not take part in any activity considered illegal by law. The guest house is also responsible for possible accidents, damages and unlawful activities in the rented house and other individuals staying in the house. *Guests, including babies and children according to the provisions of the Declaration Act No. 1774,
